1. a Hindu or Buddhist religious leader and spiritual teacher
2. each of the first ten leaders of the Sikh religion
3. a recognized leader in some field or of some movement


“上师”一词来源于印度。Guru 意思是：上师。灵性导师。音译：古鲁。
在藏传佛教，要求修行者对上师极度恭敬。
